	I absolutely believe he is not entitled to Miranda rights. First, Miranda rights are just a procedural measure that the courts say if you're going to use any statements made by a suspect, it can only do so after he's been given the Miranda rights. Neither this Faisal Shahzad nor Abdulmutallab needed to be -- have their statements used because they were caught red-handed. Or, well, I wont go into what Abdulmutallab was caught with. But he was -- there was plenty to convict both them of them.
